2. Data processing relating to the technical operation of the website

During the operation of the website, technical log data may be generated, in particular the IP address, the time of access and technical data relating to the page requested.

Purpose: ensuring the operation and information security of the website.

Legal basis: the legitimate interest of ECIP Kft., under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Retention: log data is retained only for the period necessary for the above purpose.

3. Contact

When contacted by e-mail or telephone, ECIP Kft. processes the data necessary to respond to the enquiry, in particular the name, contact details, the organisation represented and the content of the enquiry.

Purpose: handling enquiries and requests for quotation, business communication, and the preparation and performance of contracts.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR in contractual or pre-contractual matters, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for general business communication.

Retention: where an enquiry does not result in a contract, no longer than 1 year after the matter is closed; where a contract is concluded, in accordance with the applicable statutory and limitation periods.

No audio recordings are made of telephone conversations.

4. Cookies

The website uses only technical and functional cookies necessary for its operation. The website does not use analytical, marketing, advertising or profiling cookies.

No prior consent is required for the cookies currently in use.
